For existing patients needing a refill, login and go to my account then select “Follow up Visit or Refill” which takes you to a form where you have the choice of:
1. Expedited refill (visit with provider may not be required, follow up questions, if any, by provider will be sent via text or email)

Do we accept insurance including HSA?
Currently, we do not accept insurance for provider visits nor medication since insurance does not reimburse compound medications. We do not accept HSA cards, however you can pay direct to us and our providers can fill out a medical necessity form for you to provide to your insurance
How much does the program cost?
Program costs vary depending on your personalized prescription plan. Your doctor will review your goals, health background, and recommend the best option for you, including pricing details.
Is weight loss medication suitable for all ages?
Semaglutide is approved for individuals 12 years and older, while Tirzepatide is available for those 18 years and older.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel with a 30-day notice to allow time for us to notify the pharmacy and stop any active orders. If you do not have an active prescription, you may cancel at any time.

To schedule an appointment, registered patients can call 703-935-5235 or log in to their patient portal at idexa360.com and click “My Appointments”. New patients should visit the website’s main page and click “Start Your Journey” to create a patient account and schedule an initial consultation. Appointments are included in the medication cost, so you are never charged extra.
How do I contact my provider with questions?
Patients can contact Idexa360 Customer Support by calling 703-935-5235 emailing support@Idexa360.com, or using the chat function in their Idexa360 Portal during business hours. Our customer service team will relay the message to your provider for you and provide you with an update when we hear back.
What is the shipping time for medications?
Medications typically ship within 3-7 business days after payment processing. Patients will receive tracking information via text and email once it’s available.
Can I view and edit my prescriptions?
Patients can view and edit upcoming prescriptions in their Idexa360 Portal. They can adjust prescription and billing dates up to 7 days before the prescription date.
How do I cancel a prescription?
Patients can cancel prescriptions by contacting Customer Service before the billing date or through their patient portal up to 7 days prior. Once billed, prescriptions cannot be canceled.
Does the medication need to be refrigerated?
Upon receipt, patients should refrigerate the medication. It is shipped with ice packs and can remain at room temperature for up to 96 hours.
Does the medication expire?
Yes, compounded medications expire 90 days after compounding, with an expiration date listed on the vial. The preservative in the medication lasts for 28 days after the vial is punctured.
How do I administer my injection?
Your provider will review proper injection techniques with you during your consultation. Please follow your doctor’s instructions carefully and reach out directly if you have any questions about your prescription or administration.
Do Prescriptions come with syringes?
Yes. Injectable medications are shipped with the necessary syringes included in the package.
How do I log back into my account?
Use your phone number as the Login ID. If you forget your password, click “forgot password”, enter your phone number, and receive a text with a temporary password to create a new one. For closed accounts, click “reopen account”.
